At Summerside, Religious Education (RE) is an integral part of the school curriculum, culture and community. Children at Summerside are taught weekly RE lessons where they develop the knowledge and skills needed to understand, appreciate and respect different religions in society beyond the classroom. We also believe it is important to encourage and allow to children to foster the skills needed to build their own sense of identity, curiosity and challenge.
