At Summerside we have a very clear vision for all our children.

Everything that we do is to ensure that our children have the best possible life chances and are ready for the next stage in their development. Our strapline was co-created by every staff member who made a valuable contribution to our ambition for every child of Summerside.  

Our exceptional curriculum, is inspiring and exciting for our children and includes many enrichment opportunities and trips into London, therefore enhancing our experiences for children and developing their character. We ensure that at all times we include everyone and find opportunities to celebrate our diversity. The Provision for Children who are Deaf is a key part of Summerside and we are delighted with the progress our children make.  

Despite low starting points, the success of our children academically is evident through our outstanding outcomes at the end of KS2. Everyone leaves Summerside well prepared for their Secondary school journey as we work hard to ensure that they are reflective and resilient learners. See here for our latest results.  

All our work is underpinned by our values which are an integral part of our life at Summerside. Again, selected with clear intention for our specific community these values are taught and demonstrated through our learning dispositions. We award children for displaying these during our success assemblies.
